Combine the salt and all-purpose flour with the liquids and stir until a dough is formed.
After the dough has been kneaded, let it rest for 30 minutes.
After you knead the dough, add the chocolate chips.

Two times, at fifteen-minute intervals, fold the dough as shown in the video. Leave for at least one hour.
Make six cigars out of the dough by cutting it into equal pieces and rolling each one out. Put it in the baking dish.
Let the bread sit for at least an hour, or until it has multiplied by two.
Before baking at 180°C (350°F) for 20-22 minutes, brush with egg wash.
