What You Need:
1 thinly sliced medium head of cabbage
Three peeled and julienned big carrots
olive oil, 2 tablespoons
Finely cut one medium onion.
3 cloves of minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon of cumin powder
Spoonful of paprikaGarnish with salt and pepper as desired.
1/2 teaspoon of optional red pepper flakes
Soy sauce, 2 teaspoonsFor the garnish, chop some fresh parsley or dill
