Boil water and pour it into a big container or the tub. Be careful that it becomes hot enough to dissolve the contents and open the towel fibers so that the liquid may soak in thoroughly.
Come up with the mixture: Get the Borax, washing soda, and powdered detergent together and mix them well. You should wait until everything is completely dissolved before adding the towels.
Boil some water and dip the cloths into it. After you've soaked them well, toss them around to coat them evenly with the mixture.

Towels may be air-dried or machine-dried according to standard procedure. They'll emerge feeling revitalized, softer, and more receptive.
